Keeping your waitlist organized doesn’t have to be a hassle. Here are a few Waitlist Me features to help turn 'crazy busy' into 'crazy efficient.'
Quick Notes - Add customers more quickly and better remember their preferences. In your app settings, you can define Quick Notes for common events, popular customer requests, or anything you'd like to track in the waitlist and reports.
Assignments - You can assign your customers to a table number, employee name, rental item, or whatever best fits your business, and view these assignments in your waitlist. Add a list of numbers or words in the Assignment/Table settings that you want to appear when adding or editing customers.
Status Colors - Custom status colors provide a flexible way for visually highlighting and grouping people in your waitlist. One way to use them is for grouping customers by type or area of your business. For example, a restaurant may distinguish between whether customers want to sit inside, outside, or whatever is first available.
