With any of our paid plans there are no limits on usage, which includes the number of people scheduled, devices used, notifications sent, and more.
However, due to the cost of mobile operator fees, there are limits on the number of text and call notifications included in the monthly subscription fee. You can still send as many notifications as needed by paying separately for those sent above the monthly allotment. Waitlist Me also has several settings and options for sending notifications, so businesses can control when they don’t need to be sent.
The Premium plan includes 1,000 notifications per month, Pro includes 2,500 and Platinum 5,000. For businesses with heavier messaging needs, additional notifications can be sent at a rate of $0.02 per notification, deducted from a prepaid balance.
