RUBY WAITLIST TIPS ✶ The waitlist becomes available online as soon as the first party is waiting for a table in person at the restaurant. Waitlist activation usually happens at the beginning of each service during weekdays. Usually by noon at lunch & by 5pm at dinner (if not earlier). ✶ On weekends we are regularly on a wait from Open to Close. ✶ Evenings & weekends, you'll want to add your party to the online waitlist well before you are hoping to dine. The waitlist often fills out within minutes of it becoming active online. ✶ Please note: "Wait Time" is the time you've been waiting, not an estimate of when you will be seated. We have a small space & can't control exact timing of tables. Gauge the wait by how long the people ahead of you have been waiting, watch your place in line & when you are close to the top of the list - within just a few parties - head to the restaurant & check in with your complete party at the host stand when you get here. ✶ Please do not stay in our small entrance to wait, as we need to ensure our entrance & exit remain unblocked & open to our guests needing ADA access. We are an entertainment district here in Johnson Square, and welcome you to come early & enjoy drinks on our open-seating patio or anywhere on the Square. We do not, however, have areas to wait inside the restaurant. Please wait remotely, outside if it's nice, or in your vehicle until you are contacted to be seated. ✶ Hope to see you at the shop soon!
